A 2024 graduate of the University of South Carolina, Janice was recognized as one of the country's "Most Promising Multicultural Students," a distinction awarded to only fifty graduates across the nation. Janice brings with her not only academic excellence, but also a strong commitment to service, as evidenced by her tenure as a Specialist with the South Carolina Army National Guard.

Since her enlistment in 2019, Janice has been the recipient of several distinguished honors, including the South Carolina National Guard Foundation Scholarship, the National Defense Service Medal, and the Washington DC National Guard Emergency Service Ribbon.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Janice is passionate about supporting her community and looks forward to helping individuals navigate their home financing journey.
