As a veteran of the mortgage industry, Bill enjoys utilizing his breadth of knowledge and experience to provide his clients with the best mortgage experience possible. As a result, the combined efforts of Bill and his staff have resulted in UniSource Mortgage Services winning multiple awards locally and nationally. Most recently, Bill was recognized by the nation’s largest wholesale lender as being in the Top 1% of all loan originators for 2021. “Being recognized as a leader in the industry is extremely gratifying. It tells us that we're not only meeting the needs and expectations of those we're privileged to serve, but it inspires us to continue those efforts in the years ahead," said Bill.

On the personal side, Bill has been married to his wife, Cheryl, for 32 years and they have seven children and one grandchild. When he’s not in the office, you’ll probably see Bill around town enjoying time with his family, or getting his “knees in the breeze” on his Harley Davidson Road King.
